Afro Samurai is pretty kick ass
Then I did some lifting for the next hour and a half.
I climbed the stairs up to my dorm, and collapsed on the floor. I then woke up and started typing this. I need to start working out more often... or get a bean bag chair. That floor is hard.
I usually do push ups and crunches for 45 minutes. I run for about....an hour?
Then I work on some tai chi and tae kwon do which I have recently been doing.
