Haha, I'm just saying. Halo has a good storyline behind it and great multi player, I do respect it as a great franchise, but it isn't in any case the "inventor" of fps on consoles.

Yeah, I wasn't trying to say that... What I meant is that it popularized the genre because of that multiplayer and engaging story. Sort of like how GTA popularized the sandbox-environment type of gameplay.
