I recently got Halo 1 and 2 for PC. I got them as a gift. I'm glad I didn't bother with them when they were new. Either they're ported terribly or Xbox gamers have abnormally low standards.

They're pretty games by my standards--I grew up before 3D graphics.

It's always funny to see PC gamers play halo for the first time. The reaction's almost always the same- "wait... why does everyone like this game?"
Because Halo was about seven years behind the times in terms of gameplay and storytelling.
