I am having trouble getting the 4th holo tape / conversation trigger to progress the quest.

I have checked multiple doctors and locations for holo tapes and they are not there. I am also not getting the speach options from these people.

I am missing "a free man, a new man".

No tapes, no speach options.

If I use the code to place it at me, will that progress the quest? Or am I fubared?

I spoke to Pinkerton when I only had 3 tapes, and don't know if that ruined the quest for me. But that was so long ago ...

Its not just with doctors its wit mechanics and researchers that get holotapes as well.

If you look at the list of NPC's I listed, there are more non-doctors than doctors.

I have checked NPC's from all 4 of the groups that give each tape / speach option and have had no luck.
