how can u make wang cars open up and then how can i get a ride from wang cars. i am in san fierro

you have to complete driving school to open and after you complete driving,new mission will show at cj new hideout at the old gas station will show a stealing cars mission.after stealing cars, a dollar sign will turn green.the cars you stole will endup at the showroom wang cars.good luck

ty... but i am at the deconstruction mission is the stealing cars mission far away then?

year the stealing mishions are quite away through an i am in las venturas have fun truing to get there
