version 2.10 is not a free update, to update the game to the 2009er version you have to buy some buck, it just cost 12.95$. You can get the upgrade on this page here
I do not know what changes are in the version, but I am curious.

Ok lets start over, my copy is the 2009 with version 2.10 but that site will only upgrade to the 2009 which like I said is what I have. I need to find the patch that will make it 2.21 so I can use the trainer. Thanks to all of you for your help.

No need, the gps 2,20 is the more or less the same as 2,21 (cic) the trainer works fine for me and i have 2,20
