It is possible to turn them on after patch above drivers.

It's not same like AA it just make the calculations more exactly.
Anyway it don't use much performance and it effect different which you see directly.
Renderings of water , light etc. are better with it aswell.

Gonna check it out right away. But doesn't it eat from your CPU?

Most things are calculated by CPU.
That option use GPU and till your CPU don't let gpu work faster you don't see any difference in the performance.

Gonna try patch 2 tomorrow and see what it does with performance.

y'might also want to close all external programs running in background(ex. run the game after a reboot w/o starting other programs). made a HUGE difference in my game(esp. starting the game itself on a lower-end system)

Also tried patch on my HTCP.
It works great performance is much much better.
It seems like bugs with GeForce 7xxx are fixed.

My performance has also increased significant. I can now run the game at a higher resolution and even gain on the performance ...
