how can i my song to gta iv.

copy your music to :
My Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA IV/User Music.
and scan the song in the game.

You may want to check the autoscan option ingame sometimes deep scan helps finding the songs

As for all your other questions i suggest you visit www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com all maps etc are there. (ingame ofc)

In options check autoscan and then post your music
