for 1.06 patch update for ra3 AT? 🤔

Thanks for the link, i down load the world builder, but when i
run it said something about not having acess, rights
and will close, the verison of ra3 i have is has been updated to 1.06 updated and the worldbuldier said you have to be updated to 1.01 updated, how can i get the worldbulider to run, my ra3 game runs with no problems

i have sort of the same thing my patch is at 1.04 (the trainer is sapost to be out but it is not)i downloaded the map editor and when i run it is crashes some time and when i get in i put some buildings down befor i did do the player list edit and now the list is three people one of each but then i start building and after i put is a couple it crashes (also when it showes the building i place it it turnes into a green becon is that ok) 🤔
