Hey cant remember what the level is called but its the one after "Avalanche" i've killed some people...And all there is left is a tank. It says "Clear the town" (Which i've done!) and i only have a "Thompson,Bar.+ full grenades." how do i take out the Tank.

Not a lot of information...
I'm not sure if you mean Neptune or Operation Market Garden? If the tank is on a bridge or patrolling around a small area of town then you must mean O.M.G. to take out the first use the Gammon grenades, a few well placed will destroy it, after the tank appears for the first time you can find a new box of Gammon grenades in between two ruined houses, shouldn't be hard to miss. Eventually you'll reach the bridge, take out the next tank with the Panzerschrek or if you have any Gammon grenades left. You can find the Panzerschrek at the beginning of the bridge near the bunker.
Now if you mean Neptune then you have to locate the Recoilless Rifle, follow your compass to the M18 bundles. Wait for the tank to roll around and hit it from the rear...tank destroyed.
If you've used up all the Panzerschrek and Gammon ammo then I'm afraid you'll have to restart from the checkpoint...

No its the mission Which is market garden im quite sure.
Ands it was not the one with the tank patroling around the one building with the M18 bundles and you have to use a Panzerschrek.
This one has a church and about 4 buildings or so and it circles them and shoots at you when ever your near it also there a enemy troops all through the buildings and it says as an abjective "Clear the town"-Town name i have forgotten but i know its in holland.
Then use the Gammon grenades, their close-by after taking out the machine guns and radio...equip and toss them towards the tank when it rumbles by, you can get close or just throw them out the window.
