Has anyone got this trainer to work with a Direct2Drive download? I have patched to version 1.02 and also the updated trainer, but none of the codes work. It will acknowledge activated and each code will say on or off, but they don't actually work. Any help would be great, thanks

Can some one help please i have reinstall the game also the 1.02 and as soon as i start and do what it say do the game crashed then i start agin and the game will but nothing happens should i start the game from the being please help
I have the same problem. I started the game with the trainer running, pressed F1 @ the main menu and it worked for a while. I played without any problem. After a couple days I started the game up again with the trainer and the moment the game starts it crashes. I updated my video drivers, I tried reinstalling the patch 1.02, I reinstalled the game and now it even does it when I don't have the trainer running... Anyone have a fix for this?
If i remember right, d2d downloads/steam have different locations/files than the retail cd version of the game. Most of the time there has to be a specific one that says D2D/Steam on the trainer for it to work, thats what it sounds like but i dont have d2d
