Hello guys! I wanted to get the water starter pokemon over GTS but I always see other trainers always wanting legendaries lvl 100 and stuff(I dont have action replay and cheats)... whats the best way of getting them?
I got Wi-Fi too if you could cheat and level me up a lvl 50 water starter...if you have action replay or something... it would help a bunch... if you do, my FC is in my sig... Very appreciated if you do

Edit: Dang, one dude had one lvl 67 but wanted a Lvl 100 Dialga... thats crazy

The best way is to make an offer.
Fair traids seem to be done within a day (eg a lv5 starter for another lv5 starter).
You just need to know the right pokemon to breed and what it is worth.
Or you can capture a Beldum level it twice and offer someone a Metagross that only knows Take Down.
