When I use the Trainer the games stops and I am getting an appcrash in Fallout 3. When I don't use the trainer the game work fine.

Make sure your game and the trainer are the same version, and be sure you're hittin F1 at the MAIN menu and not in game pause menu.

Same problem here, try the alt-tab like the instructions said, still no joy. You can utilize and quickly get caps and ammo then save it and exit.

Or the easier way to do it is open the console and use the cheats listed and get anything you want

How do you open the console and use the cheats listed? Do you have a step by step?

If you're using Win XP, press the ~ key during gameplay. Type in tgm, to have unlimited health, ammo etc. If it's Vista, then I can't help you.

During the game just hit the ~ key to open the console. Then type the Cheat code tgm (GOD MODE, ALL AMMO ECT) then hit the Enter button and finally hit the ~ key to go back to the game. This works with Windows Vista as well.
