Is it possible to kill people without being chased by others? I was up in my Tenpenny suite and saw Irving Cheng go into his room. I followed him in sneak mode and wasn't seen at all. I closed the door and shot him in the head with a silenced pistol. I went out and the guard started shooting at me. What gives? There's no way he could have known I did that.

I TRIED MANY TIMES like u but stilll couldnt do it...everytime i did it all the people attacked me

It's scripted - attack faction x member, faction x becomes hotile. Doesn't matter if you are seen or not.

One of the things I liked about the Elder Scrolls games is that it was possible to goad someone into attacking you, then it's self defense and the faction doesn't become hostile and the guards don't want your butt.

sneak up behind them and putting a grenade in their pocket works.

So even if you have 100 sneak skill it won't work? Even when I stabbed them while sneaking with 70 sneak skill it didn't work What about Mister Sandman kills? Do those trigger them to become hostile?
