Actually how high you go doesnt matter. Eventhough it says that you should "keep low and follow", go as high as you like and chase him. I've always went as high as I can go and the mission doesnt fail. I've yet to do be able to complete this mission 'cause I cant seem to turn fast enough when the bugger doubles back and I lose him while trying to turn

you just need to keep him in sight, thats what I did and I had no problems with that mission.

Yeah I know that, but I'm not so good at flying the game's copters. Anyway, after many, many, MANY tries, frustration is kinda at a high. I just try the mission and when I fail (which I usually do), I load another save slot where I did the revenge path and finished the story and go on a rampage. Mainly involving a vehicle + high pedestrian density location
