After all of these guides you've probably already beaten it but if you still haven't use this. it's gauranteed to work.(I know, I've used it). it's actually pretty simple but it takes some patience. Go to Slim Cognito's vendor on Aquatos and buy the Plasma Coil (or you can get it for free like I did if you have a save file from Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando). Since you've already beaten Koros all you have to do is play all the way through the level using only the Plasma Coil. When you run out of ammo just use the PDA or use the Charge Boots to get back to the vendor quickly (and save a few bolts). When you get to the end which is the massive laser cannon's control room, use the teleporter to go back to the ship. Jump into the water to kill yourself. When you revive you'll be halfway through the level. Repeat this process until the Plasma Coil upgrades to the Plasma Storm (don't worry it doesn't take very long). Once youve done this use ONLY the Plasma Storm on Dr. Nefarious. When he runs away use the same weapon through the grave yard thing. By the way make sure to dodge all of Dr. Nefarious' attacks. Use the Plasma Storm on Nefarious again. Once he is defeated he turns the Biobliterator into a giant robot and hop in. Jump in the Hovership and fly back as far as possible. Start moving in a circular pattern around the Biobliterator while continually shooting at him with the ships laser cannons. In afew minutes or so he will finally go down. Fwew!!!
