game keeps crashing when i use trainer starts off ok then 5mins or so it crashes i understand there might be a patch but cant find it

i think(if you have your game via steam at least) your game is up to date. The only problem is that the trainer doesn't seam to work anymore. I've never downloaded it b4 but now that I've purchased L4D on steam I've tried the trainer ... it activates but none of the options have any effect. I think valve has did a little unannounced update ...

thanks i sorted it i switched off multi core and its done the trick
