Time adresses not changes, i tested. With it you can make like "Freeze game time" or else. P.S. Code, that i posted, is for C#, i dont know what program language you use.
They may don't change at you , but on every machine they are different. You need to find out the offsets with pointer. But it's bit harder in GTA as i understand it, because the values are not saved like in "normal" games as normal values they are also saved in parts and it's harder to search them.

i am not upset with him and i appreciate the effort. i am just letting him know what does/ or doesn't help. i was able to work out the unwanted option. if i have time i will try to look into unlimited car damage next, possibly.
if anyone has an data i can use (values for the car's health like a taxi, for instance, etc.) it would be appreciated and would save me time. i am pretty sure they are stored as floats (encrypted, however).
i didn't unpack or look at any data files on this game so any info would help-
