you can get the knife after fishing Chef Butcher help by getting him a sardine and a lime.Your lime, however, comes a lot later as you need to grab some mangoes for Ms. Weeder before you can actually trade with her.You can get the rice by chopping it down where it's close to the pinapple plant. And to get the sugar you need to get the sugar cane seed from ms.Weeder to grow it so you can get the sugar.Good Luck :-)
