just load game it should come up auto update.

Well When I put in cheets... nothing happens Do I litterally just open the PDA? or is it go to a special Menu with in it and put it in.

I Know I must have the Update cause I just got the most recent one

its the map part of the PDA, a few of them i had to do several times to get to work. Make sure you have cheat mode enabled first

Well when you enter cheats you dont get trophies i think and you wont get in the leader boards. By the way if you join a game and you earn money you wont get it if the cheats are activated during it. So use them wisely.
