Cheats and Codes are only available for the PAL version or the NTCS, if u don't have that cheats and codes option in the options menu, that means you dont have that version.

But Pal/Ntsc Is Written On My CD Cover But When I Go To Options There Is No Cheat Option

i had many games like that but when i wanted to use game shark it wasn't ntsc but on the disk was written ntsc!!
