Whell, it all started in the citadel, when I recruited the girl for company. Things went okay, until in a part in vault 87. The enclave ambushed and captured me, so they took me into their hidden base. So to make the long story short, I haven't foud her ever since. I looked everywhere for her, but somehow she wanished. Has this ever happened to anybody else, and is there a way to fix it? I'm playing the unpatched version by the way...

you mean star paladin cross? (the woman that comes with power armor and a big hammer) she should be back in the citadel where you first recruited her. might have to look around though. she walks around in the citadel seemingly at random.

or, if can use the console, you can summon a clone of her to you with:

player.placeatme 156E5

she should appear next to you, but be quick because she will start walking back to the citadel. she probably wont have more than her default equipment, but if you didn't give her anything extra before than it wont matter.

i say its a clone because the original should be somewhere in the citadel.

Yes, yes! The clone worked! Sadly the original got "attacked by those annoying game-bugs" and vanished. Never the less things are back to normal now, thanks for helping out!

EDIT: I'm afraid I can't trade with the clone.
