I was browsing the boards, and I accidently clicked something I guess, becasue now the page is supersized, and the header at the top (homepage, trainers, game wallpapers, etc) don't match up with the arrows and all that.
Can someone tell me how to...shrink...the text?

Did you accidentally zoom in with the scroll wheel of the mouse? Try clicking it then moving it either up/down.
That's the only thing I can think of.
