as most determent people who played bethesda games before wil immidiatly have the word buged come to mind.now both oblivion and fallout 3 advance through completing quest now lets just say one quest has a bugged objective, your ****ed not only your froustrated because you cant complete the quest you also cant get to farther levels of the game. back in the days of oblivion, cheathappens posted spacial quest codes that allowed the player to "time jump" to other quest objectives thous making the bugs obsulite. now fallout 3's page has yet had this kind of console comannds and i have yet to enjoy fallout 3 at its fullest because the bugs left me hanging in a bug stage. if the divine team of cheathappeps can release a detailed quest code sheet like oblivion had il be thankful that is all

Levarni - try getting a copy of the GECK from bethsoft. It's the game editor. Load fallout3.esm and you will be able to see all item codes, all location codes and all quest codes.

@aprentiso10 - hello again! If you have another look at the op, you'll see that levarni was after a list of quest codes to jump quests that, for whatever reason, cannot be completed. While I agree that movetoqt is very useful for avoiding the endless trudging across the wasteland, it's not useful if the quest is broken in some way.
As for your question about fallout3.esm, you'll notice that I suggested downloading the GECK from bethsoft - that's the program you need. Not only will it show you the contents of the game, you can also create new items, NPCs, areas, quests and whatever you can imagine within the limitations of the game.
