I haven't completed the whole Shivering Isles quest yet, but I just got the Madman achievement but when I looked at what I was under the Faction section it said I was Honored Madman, which is a completely different achievement. I'm thinking I will get the achievement next, not sure though, but the game might of made a mistake by calling me it too early.

You have to complete the entire quest. It showed the same thing for me too.
