is there anything to help me fix the camra just to follow me from a max payne vangage piont?

there are 3 levels of camera settings. each one goes farther away. V is the default button i believe.

assuming thats what you mean.

if your camera is jumping all over the place then you have an illegal version of the game and go out and buy a retail copy.

i need camera fix too.
i need it to follow my car quickly when i turn left or right that can help me play a lot better.

okay.

first of all if you guys have a pirated copy. and the camera is moving all over the place then go out and buy the damn game.

if you want the camera to follow you better you have to use the mouse to move the camera with your car. or if your using a controller the right stick.

the game does not auto follow when turning so you have to do it manually.

I readed on one site (forgot which one) there is something like cam hack for GTA IV.
It is also possible to change settings of the cam, but i have no idea if you can do it following you.

If someone find something like that it would be nice
