Get at least a star rank in all of the grand prix cups on all difficulty levels. (So mushroom cup - lightning cup in 50cc, 100cc, 150cc, and 150cc mirror)

It also depends on how many stars you get, if only one star is mostly on your ranks your wi fi ranking will be one star and so on. If you fink that your car gets faster it dosent.
