Either Radio Off (It just annoys me most of the time) or The Journey FM (because it's so trippy)

Journey FM is also good for car chases (especially the one when you are chasing that mafia dude in the jeep with Roman and Little Jacob or whatever his name is then you go to the casino and jump in the helicopter thingy. That's cool.)
