I BOUGHT IT about 4$ but still havent payd him ...

It seems this topic ios not going in its natural way. its about GTA fatal error no how much it costs.

i ran the game on sp2 xp !!! but my windows sucked so i chenged it ...but all i did was this :
1: peroperties
2:compatibility
3:windows 2000 .
THATS ALL

Ya'll need windows Xp sp3 or vista 2 play this man.....

the error is coz you may have not installed XP Service pack 3. i got the same error, so i installed SP3 & it worked!good luck!

i posted the regedit on page 2
so you dont need to install xp sp3
i can confirm that the method is working fine

off:I read on the internet that GTA IV sucks on PC.
I have it on my PS3..and its good..i like it
I'm amazed that nobody is able to do a game that is unpiratable even the makers call them "next gen".
