Regarding the Mega Trainer, Unlimited Cash, Unlock All Cars, Ca....

The option "999.999 Zone Points" does not work, the rest of the options work...

is there a specific time when to turn on the option? because that's the only option I can't use...

All I noticed when I turned it on was that I couldn't execute any long drift moves without getting my 1000 points. And at the end of the race, I didn't get any more wheelman rep.
