ar_stats is simply a leftover file from San Andreas.

From readme file : You can only kill by headshot or some sort of explosion.

Do you mean that you (the player) can be killed by headshot and explosions? or do you mean that we can only kill others by headshot?

Its crazy i don't know to much of my own mod...

But as far as i could tell you the player can only kill by headshot.

The ai can't kill you with their weapons but can kill you with HAND weapons such as fists and baseball bats.Also the ai can kill you by running you over.
