But still,it mean fully playable with all at max...
I tried with all at max (with "-norestriction" line" and i would love to be able to play at that level...framerate isn't too low but it's not playable )
I guess I'll have to wait for patch and hope it resolves this crap.

Q6600 Oc'ed to 3.0
8800GT Oc'ed aswell
4 Gb Ram, 800 mhz

What do you mean by "no texture" and "textures completely f**ked up"?
you mean object don't appear?
I had an issue with texture object under Vista 64 but apparently, activating Superfetch might fix it (i haven't tried yet but it's true that my superfetch was off)
There might be a way to fix your problem...
Also GTA 4 was a straight "time to get as much money as possible since it's almost Christmas and before people start to lose interest in this" port from the xbox 360, as they kept the memory control under the gpu vram instead of changing it to the PC's RAM, which makes crysis look like cod 4 to GTA 4's cod 3. Yes, the game runs better on a quad only because the Xbox 360 has 3 cores while most PC's still only run dual cores [due to the econ, irl problems, and not being rich like some lucky people], fps is gonna get hit hard of you try to run a game built for 3 cores on 2 instead.

some people just didn't feel the need for such cpu (my case...difference in performance for a q6600 and a e8400 aren't big, not enough program use the 4 core (they barely use the 2 core now))
too bad, this time i feel like i made the wrong move and for gta4 , quad core are probably the way to go...

I mean things like seeing right through walls, (the objects are physically there ingame.. I can interact with them, I just can't see the textures that are supposed to be there to let me know there is an object there..)
I see the lights and the windows on cars.. but not the actual car, its just empty space, see through, completely transparent.. even the ground is completely transparent, so my whole ingame world is a huge area with a greenish-grey shade with a bunch of lights and windows.
with the new beta drivers I can see some textures, but when I see them they are deformed so badly it looks like something else..
What is superfetch?
I think Vince-- is lieing.
Since the game doesn't even support SLI I doubt he is running it that well.

* Get notified when new cheats are added
* Request which games get new trainers
* Priority support with any problem
