Surely theres a file somewhere which is going to allow me to adjust the damage multiplier to niko when he gets shot etc? Just trying to find the file, taskParams.txt in the common/data folder looks interesting.
If anyone finds this let me know. Think of it like a God mode before a trainer comes out.
Me being a GTA dat file modifier guru on GTA 3, Vice City, and San Andreas, I must say GTA IV is a no go. If you edit any file the game will not launch. I've been hard at it for 2 days straight now and have had no luck. So make sure if you do mess around with files you keep a clean original.
:S Mods were one of the best parts of gta ... I think there will be some mods little bit later which will work. Good point is , that GTA 4 is nice game where you don't need to change much.
I hope there will be mods without "cracks". Rockstar should make something like extra part for mods (so you can play with mods in single player) and own folder/files where are original files for mp.
