I would have replied in the original thread but it's locked for some reason. I understand that the trainers may set off a virus checker but why is the installation file setting it off it's not a trainer and has nothing to do with trainers. Please let me know
The installation file contains the trainer manager and instantly installs it your your system. The Antivirus is picking this up as possible malicious behavior. It's a false positive and is completely safe.

Is there a way to not have to turn off the antivirus check to be able to open the manager???
You will have to check your Anti-Virus's features and look for a White list / Trusted Zone function. If it does, add the Trainer Manager to it and it should not alert you at all until your AV needs reinstalling or the trainer manager is updated to a later version.
