I just used the speedbrake along the highway until I got to one of the long straightaways. When I released it, I was doing about 390-400. I managed 504 right b4 the straightaway ended. The funny thing about it was at 500+, the cars hardly spawned at all. I also left the tuning alone for that run. I tried screwing with it a little but it only made the car worse.
BTW, it took about 5 laps around the entire highway before I figired out where the longest straightaway was.
u c well when i use speedbreaker it always slow down the speed too much...
