Ok i already see one charter break. DR has was demoted this month.. and has been promoted again, so said the front page.. Rule states that member can only be de/promoted once a month...
Can some one clarify?
No one exactly told me what i was doing in this plan... Id like to know..

I am confused by that also, and I seriously dislike the fact that I've not been promoted in like 1 and a half years, stayed and active and loyal member, helped reform the whole topic/organisation and when I do something new within the parameters of the whole /--\ priviledge I get demoted.
Ive been in ammo longer than several people who are higher rank than I am.... Even being demoted once I should really be higher rank...
I was set low because i wasnt very active.. Which seems Bias because then when i joined and was told to post here by drugs on the site, i wasnt to interested in the internet and anything in computers....

Okay. This isn't an arguement about demotions or promotions. Me and tmh did agree for your demotion DR, i just asked to be told a little bit more than anything started and tmh's question was extremley vague. And i really don't want to argue about this because i know someone is going to get mad and I don't have time to put up with crap when i have competition this saturday.
so here's my idea
everyone drop it or one of the mods come and delete this series of posts.

That "something new" sorta ****ed me off. That's why I demoted you.
I seriously don't think there is a need for moderators on a hardly active forum. If you care that much about it and you REALLY want it back, then have ES do it.
If we are able to leave this behind us, I'll promote you back or we can all forget this ever happened.
