Its my understanding that the following mods do not work with Opposing Fronts/CoH Gold Edition patched to 2.301. correct?

Unlimited King Tigers Mod
Special Tanks Mod
Ewiger Krieg Mod
TIGER TANK MOD

Ewiger Krieg is entirely version independent, if it doesn't work however, it is more to do with the possible wonky patch than anything else, the mod merely makes units/buildings available to factions other than their original intent, so game version is irrelevant in that regard.

That being said, 2.300 in particular has a well known issue that makes (many/most) mods simply not work due to the developers disabling an option which the mods require to function.

I use 2.301, and with no issues, on both Vista x64 and XP x86 so it -should- work fine for you as well.

I appended onto Unlimited King Tigers Mod, but at this point Ewiger Krieg is many many times more than UKT mod in every possible regard, so I've long since stopped supporting UKT in its various versions (although it still works fine mind you).

Thank you very much for the response knightpress I have the gold edition of Coh and its patched to 2.301 and I couldn't get the following mods to run:

Unlimited King Tigers Mod
Special Tanks Mod
TIGER TANK MOD

None of the options in the mods were there, i.e King Tiger etc. However, I could run the Ewiger Krieg Mod

Btw I'm aslo running Vista x64 with SP1.

When I play as the elite panzer, I notice that my men can not build defenses for some reason. There is no option to. Is that a known bug in the 2.301 patch or is that just the way it is? I find it odd that you can't build defenses and only structures.

That's just the way it is with the Panzer Elite. Sacrifice some basic defensive abilities for faster assault capabilities.

Just only one question to Knightpress about his excellent mod : I have noticed and I think (and right now I am not talking about game version or trainer version), that in Your previous version of Your mod was possible - In Carpicuet mission was possible to make a lot of commando squads or Tetrarch light tanks just from one landed glider (one for troops and one for tanks, of course). Just now if I want to use more troops or more Tetrarchs I have to call in another gliders to be landed. Sometimes "I have a lot of wrecks all around". Knightpress, what do You think about that? Thanks a lot.

okey doke, looked into it and corrected the situation by creating duplicate versions of tetrarch and commando units specifically for their respective gliders and tested it through the entire mission with no ill effects. Being that I duplicated and reassigned the gliders themselves, I don't foresee any issue with the tetrarch/commandos already edited previously as they were basically untouched.
