Silly question, but have you done "DebugMode 1" on the console before you try to add the items you require ?

Regular resources:
rs ka_give_good GiveCargo(ID,#)
Where:
ID = Resource from list below.# = Number of resources to give

Rare resources:
rs ka_give_rare GiveCargo(ID,#)
ID Name1 Cold Iron2 Adamantium3 Darksteel4 Mithril5 Salt7 Knucklehead Ivory9 Harvest Mead10 Dragon Mead11 Zalantar
NOTE:6,8,and 12 are not used. 13,14,15 map back to Ore, Timber, Skins but they are not any different from the regular versions.
*edit*Example:
rs ka_give_rare GiveCargo(5,15) will place 15 Salt into your Party Wagon.
This script DOES take into account the maximum size of your wagon.

Sorry to necrothread but this was driving me crazy. So to complete this, you'll still need to specify the PC. Example:
rs ka_give_rare GiveCargo(1,10) Valg the Unstable
This would give the character known as Valg the Unstable 10 Ore.
