Everything works just fine for me with 1.2 trainer. After I installed the 1.3 patch, the trainer 1.3 was not working, but I tried the previous 1.2 trainer and guess what, it is working. Creepy and cute pack does not change the game in the manner that a new trainer would be needed.

The pack is basically a .package file like from Sims 2, it doesn't alter any part of the game's code. Whatever trainer worked before you installed it will work after.
It doesn't seem to be worth the money, mind you. $20 seems a bit steep for no more than new creature parts.

when i installed the creature pack, it automatically patched me to V1.2, and the trainer worked for me .... i dont think $20 is worth paying for this pack.. sure it adds bunch of new parts to the game but $20 sounds expensive for those parts

You just pretty much admitted to downloading and installing the game illegally, lol.
I think it was worth the money. Most of the original parts just weren't "serious" enough for me; this added quite a few that make me happy.

As noted before me, the 1.3 trainer doesn't work with the add on pack. So I can just for now cross my chubby fingers and pray for a solution.
