Ouch...sorry if I came off as being a sort of a leech. it isnt my intention. Thanks to Kimius, endersblade, rallgra and the others I have already made my preferred blalance.txt, altered my Skills, attributes AND number of skills known for my character. I'm just seeing if there is a desire to develop a sort of file depot so that people can share their mods. Maybe I'm not doing it right...
And if I learn anything of course I'm going to share. Thanks to everyone who has shared so much! For me hacking a game is sometimes more fun than playing it!

I didn't mean it to come across as harsh Just can't send emotions through the interwebz very well, I guess. Hopefully the guide I posted will alleviate the need to have someone upload a bunch of 0k sound files.
