Whenever I use trainer with Unlimited Heatlh option, the game goes through serious lag problem. Is it just me?

Here is my com spec (just in case, if this has to with my com spec) and I am running this game in high detail option with x2 AA.

Intel Quad Q6600
2 gig ram
Geforce 8800 GT
Windows XP with SP3
