I think that was what caused the problem. Your game is the rip version. Ripped games usually lack lots of features and this could be one of them. Get a full version instead.

i enter in c/documents and setings/(user)/ but i dont find the other part.are you sure????

try checking c:/documents and setings/(user)/ appdata/ local this is for vista/windows7 users

Probably u can try deleting ur old save file or move it away to somewhere else If that dont work u can try renaming the files...
