I get sleep paralysis once in a while, but I can always get it to stop :/

Like willingly break it with enough effort.

I know what it is, and I have experienced a lessened state of it then you have. It's not so bad when it only last/Is broken in a matter of a minute or so. But yes, I can see how it could be scary because to some degree or another, I HAVE had it.
