    click ctrl shift and c and put in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true click on ur sim holing shift find where it says spawn click on it then find the tombstone of l and d and get it. get the girl you want to get pregnant click on the tombstone click on make me pregnant with and choose who the father is going to be and voila she is pregant. you can also get the boy alien pregnant the same way.
