Dark Messiah of Might & Magic Message Board  

With this program, you can change the models, of the weapons, and i'm not so sure with the npcs, haven't tried yet.

Here is the guid:
-Start the program.
-Press files, then do Open.
-Go to your Dark Messiah diectory, and open the mm_models_pub
-Now it have found a folder in GCFScape.
-Open MM, and Models.
-Continue to Items > Weapons.
-Then pick E.G Sword_Silver.
-It shows you 7 files, you pull all of the files out in a Folder, on your desk.
-Now change the QCT file, to a changeable files (Noteblok, Wordblok.)
-Now you can change alot of things on the Dragonclaw Sword.

When you changed what you want, you only need another model for it:
-First rename the Sword_silver, to sword_short, now you got a Dragonclaw blade looking like a Short sword.
-Though now go into you dark messiah folder, MM, Models.
-Now create a folder named Items.
-Then create one named Weapons, ofcourse inside the Items folder.
-In the weapons folder, create a folder named; Sword_short
-Then pick the files you just renamed from the other folder, into the newly create Sword_short folder, now you got a Dragonclaw blade a starting weapon.
