When i use the trainer, i press F1 at main menu, go into game, press codes i want, 2 mins later game

Steam trainer dont work

When i use the trainer, i press F1 at main menu, go into game, press codes i want, 2 mins later game crashes, i red the readme and it said that i should just alt-tab back into game, but it wont work..

and why cant i get up console when i press title key?
