Fallout 3 crashing

    Fallout 3 crashes every time, when I blow up Megaton.
    With trainer or without, it crashes when I try to go of the balcony(loading new area or travel fast).
    Please help!!!

    EDITED:I'm using XP Pro and I have disabled Windows LIVE!
