OK CONFIRMED >> i just bought the game, came in this morning! --- the bugs and so on get removed AFTER the update (the files to update) so the crack your using glitches and hence there is a problem!! (or its just the EA piracy thing)

either way, dash out some money to get this problem averted, its not a bad game if you want to get into it!

Furthermore, your STAFF go towards the best position, you cant always set their position but see how their position and talent available match - they should GO in their right place.

some staff are multiskilled (lawyers and PR -- higher skill means they will goto PR even though you might have put them as lawyers) I maybe wrong as im starting from scratch again, but I tried loading my saves and NO crashes have been noticed, i can finally move to the second season!! (sacking can be turned off and it WORKS!)
