is there any possible way to spawn a locked PC? i still need 35 more PC unlocks to get the achievement and instead of going around searching every damn place i was hoping maybe i could just spawn a bunch in front of me and unlock them all.

Find a terminal you can hack.

Any terminal will work.

Stand in front of the terminal.
Open the console (default key is ~ or the key above the tab, next to the 1)

Click on the terminal on the screen with your mouse cursor.
You should see the terminal name appear at the top of the screen

Type "lock" (without the "'s )

This will relock the terminal at Very Easy
If you'd like to Increase the difficulty, add a number after the lock command.

lock - Very Easy
lock 1 - Easy
lock 2 - Normal
lock 3 - Hard
lock 4 - Very Hard

Once you lock it, you can hack it again.

Keep relocking it and you can get that achievement in no time.

I do have a small question for you Neok in particular, since you seem to be the only one so achievement hungry with all these achievement related questions but...

what's the point of all these achievements when you're just...cheating to get there? Kind of takes the meaning out of the word achievement does it not?

I make up achievements in life and write them on a piece of paper that I got them and show them to all my friends.
