CH trainers do not contain viruses, however, third-party trainers could.
EDIT: You were right, the 1.22 trainer contains a virus.

and i can say that in call of duty 2 there is a virus
ive just downloaded it now and there is a trojan too

Do you really think the founders would upload something that has a virus that could hurt your computer? It's not like this is a new website, it's been here for years. Don't worry, your computer is fine.
Trust is a fragile thing. Once trust is lost, it can be impossible to recover. Those we're closest to can betray us,and total strangers can come to our rescue. In the end, most people decide to trust only themselves. It really is the simplest way to keep from getting burned.
